An inquiry has been made on Facebook about the level of interest among players in registering a team for the Regatta this year in St. John's, NL.

The Halifax tournament is starting to take shape!
Saturday July 7, 2012 The avalon harps will be taking on the Halifax Hibernians GAA club, follow them on Facebook, at
Wanderer's Rugby Grounds, Sackville St., Halifax, Nova scotia A Gaelic Football match will be played first starting around 1:30 p.m., following with a Hurling match! Admission is free to watch the matches but a 50/50 draw will be held between games. So be sure to bring some change out and show your support! Players please note: Pre game training will start at the field at 10:00 a.m. Players have started booking tickets and accomodation information has been e-mailed out. If you require more information on accomodations/travel please contact Sean O'Reilly or Dan Collins. ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR HELMETS To order a helmet you can e-mail Mycro Sportsgear Ltd. at info@mycrosport.com You'll need an idea of your helmet sizes. To find that, measure your head from your forehead right around. A Medium is 54-55cms. A Large is 58-59cms. An Extra Large is 60.5cms |
